Shipping policy

Standard Shipping turnaround time in the USA is between 2 to 6 days with an option to expedite delivery. Standard delivery options are complimentary. There is an approximate $6.90 charge if you would like to expedite your delivery and receive it in 1-3 days.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customer shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customer's responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs.

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusable or defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
